1. API Key Packages

All API Key purchases are final and non-refundable once the key has been issued. This policy exists because API Keys are digital goods that cannot be returned or revoked once delivered.

If you have not used any of your quota and believe there has been an error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case.

2. Subscription Services

Monthly and annual subscriptions to the daily fortune service are auto-renewing. You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive the service until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• Refunds are not provided for the remaining days of the current period
• This policy ensures consistent service delivery and covers the costs of daily email generation

3. How to Request a Review

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, please contact us through:

We review each case individually and strive to respond within 3 business days.

4. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund in cases of clear billing errors or prolonged service outages on our end.
