By accessing or using Ziwei Doushu API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ziwei Doushu API provides online Ziwei astrology chart calculations, AI-powered chart interpretations, daily fortune readings, and subscription-based daily fortune delivery via email.

3. API Key Purchases

Users may purchase API Key packages that grant a specific number of readings (命盤探查/深度解析/全面分析). Each API Key has a fixed usage quota. Usage is deducted with each successful API call. No refunds are provided for partially or fully consumed API Keys.

4. Subscription Service

Users may subscribe to daily fortune delivery via email. Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless cancelled. Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. No refunds are provided for the current period.

5. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate birth information for chart calculations
• You may not share, resell, or distribute API Keys
• You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose
• You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. Ziwei astrology readings are not professional advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional financial, medical, legal, or psychological counsel. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of readings.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
